Admission Procedure

At Sri Gayathri School, Karwan, we follow a simple and transparent admission process to ensure every child is given a fair opportunity to join our school community. We encourage early application due to limited seats in each grade.

Step-by-Step Admission Process:

1. Enquiry & Information
Parents can visit the school office or call us to get details about available classes, curriculum, and facilities. Our team will guide you through the process.

2. Application Form
Collect the admission form from the school office or download it from the website (if available). Fill in all required details and attach the necessary documents.

Documents Required:

• Birth certificate (original + copy)
• Recent passport-size photographs
• Previous academic records (for Grade 1 and above)
• Transfer certificate (for students from other schools)
• ID and address proof of parent/guardian

3. Submission of Application
Submit the completed form and documents at the school office before the deadline. Incomplete forms may not be considered.

4. Entrance Test / Interaction (If Applicable)

• For Nursery and Kindergarten: Informal child–parent interaction
• For Grade 1 and above: Basic entrance test in English, Mathematics, and General Knowledge

5. Admission Confirmation
Selected candidates will be notified via phone or email. Upon confirmation, parents are requested to complete the fee payment within the given time frame to secure the seat.

6. Orientation & Joining
New students and parents may be invited for an orientation session before the academic year begins in June.
